The Swiss Army factory store rocks. They solved my missing gift problems this Christmas season within a matter of minutes of being in the place.

It's a little hard to find, but it's worth looking for. The prices are crazy cheap.

I ordered 2 watches from this vendor thru the Army/Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES)

Shipping status did not match the actual shipment.After 11 days 1 of 2 watches arrived. Shipping status said order for item 1 was received by vendor. This is the item that was actually delivered to my door.

Shipping status said item 2 was delivered and provided a FedEx tracking number. This is the item that I have not received yet.

The item that was delivered is a female watch. I ordered the man's watch. I checked my confirmation number just to make sure I didn't order the wrong item. The package doesn't provide any return shipment information Guess I'll contact AAFES and if that doesn't pan out I'll contact the vendor.

I ordered the same watch, the same day in a different color thru Amazon and it was shipped by a vendor named Jomashop. Item was shipped in 2 days and I even received an email asking for customer feedback.
