Whoever was operating switchboard on Jan. 19th at 6:28pm. Is extremely rude, inconsiderate and lazy. I have tried four times to call my aunt. I'm calling from Baltimore the phone gets picked up and then immediately disconnected.

My mother in law, Gloria Novotny, was seen at your hospital on December 20. She passed away on December 21, 2013 on the Hospice Unit. I have been in the medical field for nearly 30 years. I was so pleased with the expert, compassionate care that her and her family received. These professionals were on top of taking COMPLETE care (bio-social-psycho-) for at all times.
