I currently live out of state and George Stasko Construction took care of repairs in my house I have for sale in Monongahela. He did all the repairs on the same day! He did a great job changing my sink, fixing my plumbing problem and changing electrical wiring. Highly recommended. Fast and excellent service.

While selling my mother's home I needed several repairs made ASAP to meet FHA required repairs. I called other local contractors and they either did not return my call or they could not do the repairs at a reasonable price within our tight timeframe. When I called S & Y Construction, they were able to do the complex work right away and their prices were better than the other local construction companies. Both George and the his workers were polite, completed the work in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I will recommend S&Y to all my friends.

Buyer BEWARE---Mr. Stasko was ...

Buyer BEWARE---Mr. Stasko was quick to draw with a signed written agreement with elderly customers ( age mid 90's). May seem like a clever tactic, however, it may result in a very NEGATIVE perspective on Stasko. Futhermore, taking advantage of the elderly community is just very poor business ethics.

The price he charged is another aspect of a devious cavet in Stasko's services.

I encourage the elderly community to be aware of Stasko's actions.
