Very much a first-class veterinary clinic. Thoughtful, helpful staff. I am very impressed with the receptionists-they prioritize helping clients in the clinic, and then phone calls (But I have never been on hold for more than a few moments when I've called). The clinic is immaculate, they have an open-door policy where there isn't a square inch in the clinic that a client is kept from. The staff works as a team, clearly with a singular goal of providing high quality care for pets. I first met them when a friend recommended I get a second opinion. Dr. Deb and Dr. Todd absolutely saved my dogs' life. I absolutely recommend Citywide Pet Clinic and will never go to another vet clinic.
