I paid for a custom box to be made by Mailboxes and More in Monett. I was told that it would be ready that afternoon. I told them it was very important that it was done that day and they said it would be. I went to pick it up just before closing and was told that they did not make it. I asked for a refund and was told NO they would not refund me. I would not deal with this company.
