Mason Company is a multi-generation company that began in the early 1980s and has evolved over more than four decades. Henry Lawrence Mason, Jr. began his career as a carpenter in the 1970s by building room additions and garages in his hometown of Louisville, KY. When his son, Bill, joined him in the early 1980s, they bid on government projects and private contracts, and together, they renovated properties and built churches and shopping centers. After obtaining his broker's license in Real Estate, Bill combined his career in contracting with a career in real estate and opened his own office in the early 1990s called Mason Company Realtors. With Bill's help, Henry purchased property to develop a subdivision, and they built 100s of homes.
