Horrible! Dave came to my house TWICE to fix my dryer. It worked fine for 15 minutes, then stopped working on both occasions. I called him back stating that my dryer was still not fixed and that I was not happy with the service. I asked Dave for a refund (minus the cost of parts). He claims that it states on my receipt that it clearly says that he does not give refunds. Nowhere on that slip does it say that he doesn't give refunds. He offered to come back out to look at it once again, but would charge me again for any additional parts. This should not have happened because the dryer should have been fixed the first time. Dave also said that if I wanted to push the issue for a refund, that I could take him to court if I wanted too.

Fast response; efficient repair; knowledgeable technician; thoroughly explains problem and proposed solution to customer. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.
