The Monclova Township Fire Department provides fire prevention and suppression, hazardous materials spill response and water rescue services for the residents and visitors of Monclova Township, Ohio. It also offers emergency medical services. The department responds to more than 600 calls every year. The Monclova Township Fire Department s staff is comprised of over 40 paid-per-call volunteers, nearly 10 part-time firefighters and a full-time fire chief. Its equipment includes engines, boats, and command post and brush vehicles, as well as a spill response trailer, water tanker and ambulance. In addition, the department operates a firefighters association that organizes fundraising events for fire and emergency medical services (EMS) equipment.
