My car got impounded here I paid the tow and storage fee and when they we're backing it off the truck my front bumper got caught on the ramp and folded my front bumper inside out I said something to him and he acted like he didn't just watch it happen so I asked the guy you plan on repairing that right he acted as if he didn't even see anyting I told him you just sat and watched my bumper fold up he then told me "For all anybody knows you just hit a curb" he refused to repair my car said if he does he'll charge me more for storage fee and I would have to pay for the repair very shady shop they're running over there now I have to pay out-of-pocket to get my car repaired elsewhere for something they damaged and pretended nothing happened
