After having windows for 10+ years, seals have broken. Felser is standing behind their product and fixing the problem.

I was very happy with the work I had done by the Richard Felser, the did a good job, cleaned up after, took the old windows away, I have a quote to get more work done, and I can't wait. I would recommend the for all your home needs

I purchased 10 windows and siding from this company. 5 years later, my main picture window began to leak. I called my homeowners and they recommended a contractor. Contractor came out and stated window has a defect and that is why it was leaking. $1500 in damage. Also, 2 other windows fogged over. Called Felser's and they stated it happens and nothing you can do. I stated it happens after 5 years. The answer was sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. What you gonna do. I explained not happy with this and stated owner will call me. Owner never called. I think the company is struggling and now it is starting to show.
