I always feel comfortable at this facility! The staff is always pleasant.

Very professional and friendly! They communicated well and kept me calm and comfortable.

Just had to have a root canal. My regular dentist sent me to have it done at precision Endodontics.
This office is great! Everyone was so friendly and the environment was very relaxing! Dr Smith is soft spoken and very fast. He explains any questions and goes over X-ray’s when he’s done. I was very pleased with my visit! Will definitely go back!!!

I would give it lower than 1 star if I could. Be careful when using them, they lead people to believe they are in your network when really they aren't. I called my provider, and found out that they weren't. They had everything all confusing for the insurance company to figure out. I'm glad I called, because if not, I would be spending over $400 for a root canal from them. If they try to fool people into believing they are in your network, can you trust them with your teeth?

I went in for a root canal. I called 2 days later due to pain and face swelling. The dentist did not see me he just called in pain meds and a antibiotic. The next day the monaca office was closed so I had to go to Robinson due to the swelling being triple in size the cut my gums and drained it. I was later seen by my family Dr. who sent me the hospital and I was put admitted for 3 days and put on antibiotic for an abscess. I would not go back to this dentist I should have been seen the day I called especially when they knew they were closed the next day. I don't think it would have gotten so bad if I would have been seen when I called.
