Services paid for were not completed as specified.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, and you can view Dougs reply to my in depth complaint on their website. Case# 32088239 Doug was not truthful, and never stated "explicitly" that the stain may not come out. The main problem is he not only lied, but his communication was horrible and they missed a spot entirely. Treatment was not provided as paid for, and they refused to refund. Please feel free to contact me with any questions before employing this company.
