I have taken numerous boots and shoes in for new heels and miscellaneous repairs. He does a fantastic job and they look new when I get them back. Very friendly, recommend highly!!

Excellent workmanship! Fair price. Be nice to the man. He has plenty of work to do. Keep bugging him and it will take longer than necessary! ����

I've been going to the Shoe Hospital for 15 years. It is what it is and the guy does amazing work. If your in a hurry, he does take a while. Craftsmanship; best around. And he's busy because irregardless, people know his work is good.

what a horrible place... has to be the worst place I have ever been to. I think its the owner who rudely tried to justify to me why after 2 months he couldn't finish my shoes. had the nerve to tell me he isn't going to have a heart attack over worrying about my shoes



Finish? thats a joke, he never started them!



2 months of me stopping by on my way home and being told he was still working on them... finally I said give them back and they were in the same condition I brought them in



if you want the job done find someone else, this guy is an abosolute idiot

What an ordeal!



Brought my shoes in 3 months ago, nothing major just heals and I finally took them home because they were never worked on.



I stopped in weekly and was told either the glue was drying or he just needed to polish them up. Lies all lies! He NEVER touched them



come on 3 months and he still couldn't do the work that should have taken 15 minutes max!



Also was rude as heck. Never again would I go there

Brough my shoes in 5 months ago and the are still NOT done. YES 5 months ago!

Called every week and get the same answer, "I just started them"



Finally went to the store to pick them up and they were NEVER worked on for the 5 months this moron had them.



An outrage indeed. In fact when I got there he was arguing with another lady who was waiting equally as long for her shoes. He had the nerve to tell her she was being unreasonable

Hey, what a shoe shine these guy's give with airbrush and pure wax. My shoes were so bad due to cheap polish , and it was only lasting a day or two. You give these guy's 6 bucks and it is the greatestest. They pick up and visit offices with mobile unit too.
