Provided by YP.comFirst off we had a party at this hotel. No one could check in till 3pm. When I did check in they kept putting the wrong credit card info on the bill. Hotel staff acts as if they don't want you to be there at all. I understand a hotel being full but their customer service could really really use some help. When I arrived in my room it smelled of smoke and the curtain had been torn. Then bath tub screws were rusting brown and it looked like someone had done a bad seal job on the tub. I would have to say this was my first time staying there and it would be my last. Not the greatest place to stay but not the worse.

Provided by SuperpagesDO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! The staff is unknowledgeable, the housekeeping is pathetic, the rooms are moldy and if you have a problem with your room, you cannot talk to a manager. When the "sales manager" gets back to you, only after you have contacted Wyndham Rewards, she will tell you that you did not bring up any concerns and therefore deserve no compensation back as a refund. Even though you talked to several people about wanting to speak to a manager and letting them all know your "concerns". This hotel brings down the Ramada name. Check Trip Advisor to see their 100% disapproval rating. Hope this helped someone else not have to go through the hell we did when staying in this dump.
