This is our 6th year here on property. I love my apartment. Maintenance is always quick about taking care of repairs or problems. The office people, especially Nicole are wonderful. I absolutely love having a place to grow and swim in the summer!

I am currently in the process of looking for a new home in this area. I have viewed many places and no one seemed to care about me as a person quite like Pine Ridge did. They treated me like a person and not just another potential apartment number. They took interest in me. The ladies in the office were very sweet. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. When I get to the area in a couple months I will without a doubt be renting there.

We moved to the Quad Cities area from Chicago and had only a couple of weeks to find a place (because of the start date of one of our jobs). We took over a sub-lease and had a great experience at Pine Ridge. Pine Ridge offers “market-value” apartments and they allow cats and dogs!



The location is very convenient, in between John Deere Road and Avenue of the Cities and it is up on a hill out of the way of the noisy traffic. We saw the bus stops nearby on the connecting road (41st street). It’s also near the library.



The wooded ravine is beautiful and our apartment was a pretty good size – great deal for the money! Our apartment had lots of closet space - large closets in the bedrooms and the bedrooms themselves were a good size. The kitchen was spacious and had a dishwasher. Pine Ridge pays for half of the water, sewer, and gas. If you get a large package in the mail, they put a key to a larger mailbox area that allows you to get your package (which is really convenient!). We also had the option of going with AT&T or Mediacom for an Internet provider.



Though we did not get the opportunity to use all of their amenities, Pine Ridge recently opened up a new workout area and computer room. They also have a pool and the office is on-site. They were really easy to work with and always friendly. They offer short-term leases after fulfilling a year’s lease and even have month-to-month options. There was always ample parking (which was great when friends and family visited) and the laundry room was decently priced for the washer/dryer. We never had any problems being able to use the laundry room. Though we did not meet many of our neighbors, everyone was pretty friendly in passing.



We did not have any maintenance issues, however, our sub-lease was less than six months. Overall, we would recommend Pine Ridge – it is in a convenient location, nice, good-sized apartments, friendly staff, allows pets, and offers many amenities.
