The company scheduled me for service. They reminded me of the appointment. The technician arrived on time. He worked cleanly, efficiently, and pleasantly. Maertin then called to see if I was satisfied. Few businesses do that. It is important to me. They did a great job from beginning to the end of the job. They were honest and effective. Great experience.

Rob B from Maertin Heating & Cooling provided professional services while diagnosing and servicing our air conditioner that malfunctioned. Rob completed all of the necessary checks and balances, going above and beyond the call of duty and gave us an honest assessment which saved us $1,900 - $4,000. Prompt. Attention to detail. My air conditioning system got a thorough inspection. When they do my furnace check-up in the fall, they give the same excellent inspection. I know my system will run all season. Maertin's are people you can rely on.

I have always been very satisfied with Maertin Heating. Excellent service from all the technicians.

Rich did a very thorough tune up and inspection on our A/C for this coming summer. I have had many over my life time with several different companies and this was way better than all the others. He was polite, neat and explained everything. This is a new heat a/c system put in by Maertin Heating & Cooling so this inspection was free. Next year I will have to pay for the inspection and tune up but will gladly do so because I feel I will get my money worth.

I called Maertin at 8:00 AM and spoke to Mary. She took my information and told me a technician would be at my house between 9:00 and 10:00 AM and that he would call when he was on the way. Jeff called about 9:00 and was at my house at 9:10. He diagnosed the problem right away. In the course of replacing the part he discovered that the gas line had a faulty shut off valve. He proceeded to fix that problem without charging more than the quoted estimate. This was my first call to Maertin but if needed in the future I will call them for sure. Joe Cissell

My heater stopped working...of course when the weather went cooler again. I spoke to Mary and Sandy in the office and both were very pleasant to talk to and more than accommodating. The same day I called, Scott came to my house and quickly diagnosed the problem and then got to work fixing it! I was able to ask Scott questions about our heating and cooling system and he gave me easy to understand information and even some suggestions to help heat and cool my two level house more evenly. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service and customer service I received from Maertin Heating and Cooling! Maertin Heating and Cooing is a family run business and it shows, they care about their work and their customers. I Definitely would recommend them!
