Absolutely LOVE CrossFit Mokena. I have been a member for years and wouldn't dream of working out anywhere else. The Coaches are helpful and supportive, the other members are kind and encouraging. I really appreciate that they also offer nutrition coaching. They have tons of classes every day and even host numerous super fun events! This is a place for all levels and ages. I’ve been in classes with people in their 70’s as well as teenagers! CrossFit Mokena is for everyone. Highly recommend.
