If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! When I needed my mower repaired after hitting a rock, I called a number of repair people from the list that came up on Google. All of them were about 3 weeks out. I can't wait that long. I called All Seasons, and the owner told me to bring it by and he would be done in a couple of days. He did say that if it was under warranty, that it would take a couple weeks because he has to get appropriate authorization. My mower, however, was not under warranty. When I brought it to his business, he looked at it and showed me the damage on the mower and told me as long as the shaft is not bent, I can be fixed. He called me later that day with a very reasonable estimate and said the parts were in stock and he could get them pretty quick. I got a call the next day stating the repairs were complete. Wow, that was fast! When I picked up the mower, it worked better than before it became damaged from hitting a rock. I used the mower that afternoon and it was like a brand new mower.

I highly recommend this repair service.

By the way, he recently moved, so when you call for service, get his new address and put it into your GPS.

This is address is not All Seasons Sale anymore. It is now an outlet for Direct USA/Oceans 6 food delivery. I found this out through an ad on craigslist promising that you can make $150+ cash daily, when in fact, you can't. I did my first day of "training" which involved a guy driving me all the way out to Indiana to go door to door soliciting at businesses and people's houses, trying to sell small boxes of frozen meat and seafood. I knew this wasn't for me and was pretty much not a legit business, I was stuck in this guy's van in Indiana, with my car all the way back in Mokena. I was stuck while the guy was drifting the company van all over parking lots and almost getting into several accidents. He was also talking on the phone, texting, and watching videos all while driving. This was one of the most ridiculous experiences of my life. I give it 0 stars, but have to put at least one in order to post this warning.

Terrible service

I recently brought my snowblower in for a tuneup and new blades I was quoted 150 and was asked to give a $30 deposit to put towards repairs I received a call several days later in the "went from 150 to 200 for the same repair we discussed I was then called by Tiffany who could be the owners daughter and asked when I could pick up the snowblower she said I could pick it up tomorrow. I asked what time they are open she said it 8: 30 AM. I said okay I will be there to pick it up.

Then Tiffany threatens me and says if I don't get up by Saturday they are going to sell it ! Why was there a threat after I told her I would pick it up ??I called back and asked to speak to the owner I heard him in the background ask what does she want??? I told him how disatisfied I was the way I was treated and I thought they were lacking in customer service I told them I would pick up the snowblower tomorrow so I go there at 8:25 AM and sat in my car to till 8:45 and left.

I called several times today and it goes to voicemail.

I left my business card in the door with my phone number and said that I was here at 8:30!

It is now 12:16 I am patiently waiting for a return phone call.

I also submitted a complaint to the BBB.

This company is known to quote you a lower price than the actual price it would be to get the item fixed.

I would not do business with this company as they are dishonest and rude!!!

I brought my snowblower into the shop because it was running rough. The staff repaired it in just a few days, took care of all the warranty paperwork, and informed me of the problem and fix. In addition I was given tips on how to keep my equipment right in the future.

I would recommend this place to others and happy I found an honest repair shop.

We have been late a few times due to working late past closing, how many business do that, we have apologized and offered you a discount, secondly we told you 2 weeks and you wanted priority, Sorry. we treat every one fear and in the order they come in, and 3rd. you need a part ordered from a menards brand product and usually takes 3-5 days to get in, we also do not charge shipping charges, We do no advertisement nor do we need too, Sorry you were not happy with our attempted service but we try to treat every one fair and in the order they come in, The comment above me sure is not anyone from all seasons but 1 out of 98% of very happy customers we have, we try to please everyone but is impossible. No heart feelings, hope your machine is working and good luck.

I wil make this brief, if you are looking for a place tor repair your mower STAY AWAY from this company they do not honor quotes given, they are by no means punctual on even showing up to work on time, and I dont mean a few minutes late I mean anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour late. They like to turn their phones off an hour before close so if your returning a message best to do it the next day. They refuse to take any responsability for their service, instead they will blame the customer!



I took my mower in for a simple blade adapter order and install I uninstalled the blade adapter took me less then 10 minutes to find that it was the problem, was quoted 7 to 10 days for order and install. On the 11th day of not hearing from them I stopped by to find it was not even looked at and that the part was not ordered I called 7 days later still no luck they ordered the wrong part, my wife and I go on vacation and come back still no part as the lady she talked to claims to be the owner deflected all the blame on her we were not asking for money off or free anything we just needed a mower after almost a months time our yard was looking like a jungle. Bottom line is I will need to buy a second mower and order the part from the manufacture which the number is on the mower and I WILL NOT recommend this service to anyone.
