On the first pick up date, they were an hour late before they even decided to call. At the next pick up date they did not show up or call at alI , I had to track them down to find out they were not coming at all. They are liars and poor business people. I never do reviews but I want everyone to know how horrible their business practices are. They do not return phone calls and make excuses. Very unreliable and hard to reach. I work in customer service and would never get away with treating customers the way they treated me. Do not use this auction house, unless you want to be lied to and disappointed.
