I bought a car here in 2005 and was sold a lemon. After bringing it in repeatedly, I was told that they could not fix the problems the car was having because "that's just how the car works." The staff was rude, abrupt, and every experience I had there was terrible. I will never again buy another Volkswagen and I will definitely never set foot here again!
