Went in yesterday and wanted my chrome nails done and the lady said she knew how to do it... next thing i know shes not doing it how i expected it to be... next thing you know i told her to take it off my nails looked like a mess... well the lady was rude to me and kept saying rude things... she was mad she had to remove the polish off my nails and to top it off making fun of me with her coworkers... i don't appreciate this at all... ive been coming here for years and for this to happen is unacceptable.... and when she redid my nails how i didnt even want them she was still mad and being rude... my nails still had acrylic gel on my nails... they had no white coat either to finish my nails with the white coat... and she left straight to lunch... i felt disrespected in every way and the owner didnt do nothing about it to make her client happy... will never come back here... ive been coming to you guys for years now you lost a client.. too bad

I went to sassy nails to get my pedicure done, the girl asked me to get deluxe pedicure which is $32. It’s more expensive than other nails shop near by, but when I paid, she said it $34. She charged me $2 more because I paid by credit card. what’s a rip- off. What is the difference between paying by cash and credit card. NEVER COME BACK TO SASSY NAILS.

Very nice shop. Owner attentive. My nails look great will keep going back. While there. Many repeat customers in for mani pedis and owner knew their names. Shows how much she cares about her business. No wonder they are always busy.
