If I could give -1 I would. Horrible customer service. Asked an employee for help never recieved it while she chit chatted with her coworker. I waited patiently for 10 minutes and never got help. She made me feel uncomfortable after I even asked her for help she brushed me off and made it seem like she didn't want too. Well she never helped me. Horrible customer service. If recommend going to another Sallys or hair place. If never recommend anyone to go to this Sallys.

i.e., A loI'm giving the store a 3*, because there is nothing particularly wrong with the store itself. Although I wish I could say the same for one particular employee there. She is an OLDER Hispanic lady who thinks she owns that particular store. She undermines her fellow employees by telling the customers not to listen to her coworkers because they don't have enough 'experience' as she does. Then as you are shopping if you are on one isle and you are talking to another employee about a product that is not available on the shelf, she will cut in from the other side of the isle saying "Oh I don't have any on hand at the moment, I'm waiting for the shipment"...she uses the word 'I' as if she owns the Sally's. She gives out the worst advice and it's ALWAYS an incorrect way or procedure, do yourself a favor and go to the younger girls THEY know what they are doing! I have 3 different friends who have followed her advice and it screwed up their hair causing them to pay an additional amount of money to go to a salon and actually have their hair fixed because they followed what she said. She should never be allowed to give advice and should be only allowed to sweep and mop Sally's floor and stand with a squeegee with windex at the front door cleaning the windows. When you visit this store, bring in a putty knife and offer it to her so she can scrape up the gum in front of the store. Sorry Sally's Corporate office: this employee has poor work ethics, I encourage retraining, retraining, retraining! This employee doesn't know what work ethics means, have her fellow co-workers write honest reviews of her work and she might learn something about herself. I tip my hat off to the District manager because they have to unfortunately deal with this nincompoop (imbecile).cal favorite, or highly recommended because
