5 Star Customer service. The owner is very accommodating. Would recommend to those seeking floral arrangements.

On any occasion when my presence is not sufficient to bring out the sunshine and butterflies, Rose Garden Florist always has my back. The flower selection upon first glance seems unimpressive but that's just because there aren't loads of pre-made bouquets sitting out front. They usually have you select the ones you want and they'll wrap it up for you. If you have no opinion or are florally inept (like me), you can just ask "Can you make me a bouquet for ___". $10? $20? $31.78? They will do justice to whatever you pay them. Every time I've been here I had no idea what I wanted going in and came out looking like a man with a plan. It truly is a testament to the work they're doing here at Rose Garden Florist. They really know how to pair up certain flowers with certain leaves and other. . ugh. . green plants to make the colors blend and pop.

I have been ordering flowers from this florist for years. They have always provided me with the best service and I have had no complaints yet. I recently got married and Rose Garden Florist provided all of the floral arrangements and decorations for the wedding. They prices are very reasonable and they had many different color themes to pick from. This florist/wedding decorator can pretty much do anything you request. I would recommend getting estimates from other decorators before going to Rose Garden Florist to talk to Susie. She can beat any estimate. Be sure not to leave a deposit with other decorators because you will not see that money again if you decide to work with Susie. This location is family owned and deposits are really small. All of our guests loved the flowers, decorations and lighting. It couldn’t of been any better! Thank you Rose Garden!

I ordered my an arrangement over the phone for my wife last week. The florist delivered the arrangement on time and she loved the quality of the roses! They offered me free delivery because the location I needed the flowers delivered to was not too far from their business location. Since I placed my order online, they emailed me a copy of my receipt. I plan to order from Rose Garden again in the future. They have excellent customer service!!

After you filled out all the inforamtion and the order is placed you get an email with confirmation of your order and after you get a phone call saying that they are only local and od not deliver in that area (18 miles away) they should set up their website not to take order if is out of their area, and they do not respond to emails, you have to wait till night to get a respond, bad customer service and sales system.

I found this florist online last week, called them, sent a dozen roses to my ex-girlfriend and now she's my girlfriend again. This place works miracles.
