I bought my bed from them and it looked great in the catalog. But when the bed came and it was all put together, I noticed a few flaws. The wood is cheaply made and shavings fall. The wooden slats that supposedly supports the mattress constantly pops out of their plastic harnesses. The actual frame that connects the headboard and the base of the bed, has a leg that goes right down the middle of a wooden beam that the drawers slide on. It's like they didn't really think it all through and just kind of threw it all together. For 700 bucks, I expected it to be at least a little better constructed than that. I gave it 2 stars because it looked nice. But other than that...I wouldn't suggest it.
