The behavior displayed by Inspector Lloyd during our recent inspection was highly unprofessional. Despite being aware of my presence requirement, he arrived an hour before our scheduled appointment time, which caused a disruption to my work schedule.
When questioned about his early arrival, he claimed that he did not mention what time he would be arriving, which is unacceptable given that this inspection involved other parties.
The inspector's response to my question regarding his early arrival, stating that he was unsure of when I would be present, demonstrated a lack of consideration for my time and indicated a lack of professionalism.
As a professional, he should have understood that a scheduled appointment time indicates the time at which I would be present I was taken aback by the inspector's response, particularly since he had stated that he was aware of the scheduled appointment time.
Furthermore, his early arrival not only caused inconvenience to me but also disrupted the schedule of the real estate agent who was supposed to attend the inspection. Inspector Lloyd's actions and response show a complete disregard for the pre-determined agreements and lack of professionalism.
It was apparent that he did not want me to be present during the inspection, and his actions caused dissatisfaction among both the renters and the sellers.
The sellers and renters were displeased with the inspector's decision to disregard the pre-determined agreements and show up early. The renters, in particular, voiced their concerns about the inspector's unprofessional behavior, noting that he was excessively banging on the door when he arrived and that his behavior was not typical of a professional inspector.
After discovering his unprofessional behavior, I immediately requested him to stop the inspection and leave the property. Therefore, I urge anyone reading this to avoid his services and work. Inspector Lloyd's behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.
