My daughter was a transfer from Sutter health, so I expect high quality care. I was hesitant coming to a new office. I was shocked how clean everything was, the girls at the desk were pleasant and helpful. My daughter saw Erol Deculing who by the way is not a doctor nor claims to be one, according to the comment before mine. He is a Nurse Practitioner. His wife is a doctor. He was very understanding of my daughter only wanting to see a female and made sure he did not touch her in anyway. So, far I like the office. If that changes I will be back.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! Definitely does not act like a professional doctor. Dr. Erol gives you a good first expression, and then it's all down hill from that point on. They don't follow up or follow through with referrals. Even when you call if they can't answer there is NO answering machine or medical exchange. It took three months to get my lab results after calling numerous times to get a follow up appointment, and when I finally do Dr. Erol comes into the room very defensive blaming me for not following up, really!!! He does not have any qualities of a genuine doctor who is supposed to care for his patients. Dr. Erol should not even be allowed to call himself a doctor, so he definitely should be revoked of his privileges of being a doctor. Definitely does not follow any code of conduct. Dr. Erol you should be ashamed of yourself!!!! A educated person as yourself should not ACT like that with any patients, REGARDLESS!!! Not to mention what a judgemental person Dr. Erol is!!!!
