I have watched family members struggle with weight and health my entire life. Seeing someone die at a young age from a disease complicated by poor nutrition was a wake-up call to me that I want to help as many real people as possible achieve real fitness and real health. I meet people where they are at and love inspiring someone who doesn't believe they can be fit and opening up their mindset. I have assembled a team of fitness professionals and personal trainers who share the same passion and focus. While looking amazing in a bathing suit is wonderful- ultimately it is about health. Our physique is a byproduct of how we take care of our health. I love seeing clients overcome sleep apnea, drop their cholesterol, sleep better, have more fun, have more energy to play with their kids, feel more confident in every area of their lives... I realize that overcoming the mental and physical barriers that keep us stuck impacts more than just someone's pant size!
