Called these guys - they were very realistic about how long they would take to arrive, and the arrival time estimate was spot on. 3 minutes of mastery later and the door was open (literally 30 seconds before the first furniture delivery reached the top of the stairs!). In addition, the locksmith (can't remember his name......), offered to watch the furniture items down on the street for a couple of minutes while the rest was carried in. I wish all professionals were this good at what they do! (Less)
