I went in for a wedding consultation. Was supposed to get a call back within a week for prices/samples. No call. 2 weeks go by. I call. Was told I would have prices that day. Nope. No call. Hasn't ever called since then. How do you abandon someone for their wedding???

Our family has been going to this store for 9 years now. The employees are consistently friendly. You can always find someone to ask if you are unable to locate an item.
