The last reviewer is right, most of the food is lacking flavor which is amazing considering Mexican food can be so good when its made right. El Pollo Loco is fast food after all so I dont judge it the same as a mom and pop restaurant or an independently owned place. As far as fast food I prefer El Pollo Loco to a big sloppy hamburger and salty fry combo from the other fast food places anyday (unless its In n Out of course!) El Pollo Loco is healthier than most fast food so I eat here now and then.

I would have to say that El Pollo Loco serves the best fast food in town, and their prices are good. Their food is always extremely fresh, and, of course, you can expect the chicken to always be tender and juicy!



I would have given them five stars, but they used to have fresh hot peppers that I liked to munch on with my burritos, but they don't anymore. Hopefully that was a fluke!

It was probably the cleanest one I've been to but the food was lacking. It's been a long time since I ate at one of these restaurants but the flavor was really lacking compared to before. Maybe it's just me, but I don't see me visiting this chain again.
