The City Manager, Deputy City Manager Mayor and City Council never respond to any emails. You can leave messages on the phone with simple questions they could forward within 2 seconds and they do not bother. Very poor communications. Come election time, they have all kinds of people on the phones and mailing you for your vote, but then once in-they do not bother to answer questions or respond to those very people that put them in office. The city manager is an appointed job and not elected position, but that office should still represent the people in the city. Try ignoring people and not communicating with your clients in a job, see how long you would still keep your job. However, that seems to be the norm at City Hall.

Very rude and not helpful. The ladies that I dealt with were aggressive, uncaring, or just didn't know the proper information. I hope to never deal with these two women again!!!
