Check in was great, had to wait but clerk was very helpful! Check out not great. Had to wait and clerk/owner was rude. Didn't ask how car was, no thank you, have a good day, nothing. The woman returning the car before me was given a car low on oil so they added some and his comment was "I can't reimburse you for that" I would have been thankful they didn't just keep driving it low on oil. The rates are the same pretty much every all over and to be honest i would rather pay a bit more and have good customer service!
