Go somewhere else if you want to rent a truck or trailer. I called for a quote and had to give way too much info just to get a quote (I already knew exactly what I wanted).



When I received the quote, it was exactly twice as much as a quote I had already received form another U-Haul agent for the same piece of equipment. I told them I wouldn't be interested and they dropped the price a few dollars, but it wasn't enough to matter and I don't like doing business that way anyhow, so I said "no thank you" and hung up... too many games to waste your time with when dealing with these people.



UPDATE: A couple hours after I wrote this review, a message was left on my voice mail from the lady I spoke with at this U-haul location. She acted as if I had ordered the trailer and said she was just calling to get my credit card info and to set the time for my reservation... Do yourself a favor, move on to another U-haul agent.

I called and spoke with a young lady named Sharmain. This woman is not capable of working in a professional business like atmosphere where customer service skills go a long way. I called to find out about renting from this Uhaul location and instead of politely saying good bye after our conversation she hung up on me. I was not even through with the phone call. I called back to find out why I was hung up on and she proceeded to hang up on me again. I called back the third time and she let the phone ring and ring and would not answer. By this time I found her rudeness and cold hearted attitude very offensive and was appalled by her actions. I called back and requested to speak to her manager and she so rudely snapped and said he was not there I would have to call back. She said she had to tend to other customers and she was to busy that is why she hung up on me. I asked for the Uhaul customer service phone number to call in a complaint and this woman never once apologized to me for her rude phone behavior. In fact she hung up on me again for the third time. I will never...never consider Uhaul for any of my traveling moving needs.
