Service is great here! Nobody in town will attempt to work on my anxious cat except Kristina! She gets more of him shaved than anyone else ever has. Please base your opinions on actual business and not an incident on a road with an employee!

I brought my 1 year old Yorkie- Shih tzu mix there a few days ago because her rear end was matted pretty bad and this was her first time being groomed. I must say she looked adorable and she smelled great. They took great care of her and the lady at the front desk as well as the groomer was very polite. I will definitely recommend Paws of Purrfection to anyone for there grooming needs. And i will be definitely become a regular.

The pet mobile service was excellent! My four dogs were groomed in a timely fashion and they look Great!

I've taken my collie/sheppard mix to this groomer four times now and each time she comes back clean and very close shaven (which I request). They are friendly and service is quick. We have always called either the day of or the day before and they always find time. The only thing is my dog comes home thirsty and drinks lots of water. Other than that, we are really happy with their service.

I love taking my dogs here and have taken them here for years. Customer service is great along with my dog loves it. I think people need to give all pet groomers a break over the minor things you complain over. Complaining because the dog was uneven because of moles...imagine how hard it is to shave a dog without hitting a few moles! Have you tried to shave your legs smooth with a scab on it? im sure its not easy. For the most part i think the groomer there makes MANY people happy and they dont write enough reviews about her great work and only the few and far between take the time to complain on here. Well you cant please them all! For all those who complain...have you tried to shave your dog lately? That is why they are here because its not easy!! Give ALL dog groomers a break ! ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! Because I know many people who love her. Besides if she didnt know what she was doing, why would she have so many happy customers coming back for the past 12 YEARS!!!

I have a poodle and she has already been afraid of the groomers but she goes and is good. I took my poodle here twice and each time was horrible. The first time wasn't that bad I just wanted her fur cut short, nothing special and her nails painted. Well when I picked her up the first time her nails were not painted and she had a scarf on her neck. When I got home I took the scarf off and the hair around her neck was not cut. now I did leave specific instructions for her because she does have a few moles on her back. THEY WERE WARNED!! Now the first time didn't notice any moles cut I always look for that but the second time I picked her up she was not acting herself she was crying. I got her in the vehicle and checked her and there was spots all over her that were not cut as short as the rest and you could tell once again her nails were not painted and the hair around her neck was not cut but what got me this time was that several of her moles were cut. When I went back inside and demanded a refund the lady said "you can bring her back tomorrow and I can re-cut her. I said no but then I finally agreed if I could stay and watch and she would not agree to that and then she told me she only uses a razor. Well, I have of course never taken her back and have heard other peoples horror stories as well. Please if you love your pet don't take him/her here. They knew she she had moes it wasn't a surprise I told everyone I spoke with and on the information card I put she had moles. They just don't care.

I took my snoodle and my shih-tzu to this lady and she did a wonderful job she did what I wanted for both of my dogs, she is a very great groomer and my dogs love them. If u ask for your dog to get shaved now it is a short cut, before you go off on here it is what u get when u ask for them to be shaved. I recommend her 100 % to everyone. I will continue to take my dogs to them. Thank you so much for taking good care of my babies!!!

Do NOT take your pet to this groomer they are horrible just plain horrible. I took my cocker spaniel to them for a bath and a trim what i got back was a completely shaved dog with no har in the middle of winter, with obvious razor marks down to the skin her ears were filthy the small knot of hair that was on top of her head is uneven and just looks horrible and the groomer didnt even care that i was upset and very unhappy about what she had done. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
