I'm so disappointed. I understand to some people this is just fancy fruit, but to a long distance couple, it means more. I ordered my boyfriend a bouquet of edible arrangements, I was given the choice as to when I wanted it delivered, I marked that I wanted it delivered in the afternoon. It was around 6pm Mobile time and I still hadn't heard a peep about the surprise, so I called, the lady who answered the phone was very nice, but she told me it would be delivered around 6:30pm (even though I marked for the afternoon) well 7pm rolls around and he told me his neighbor received a noticed that they were there and left a slip stating he had a package....the delivery person didn't even go to the right house!!! So my surprise was ruined! I paid an additional $14 to have it delivered, it wasn't delivered on time, it wasn't delivered to the right address, had it been, he would have received it. Like I said, to others, this isn't a big deal, but it is when all we have are little moments, little surprises...and when you pay EIGHTY SOME DOLLARS!!! You'd expect it to be there, on time, instead of ruining surprises. That will be the last time I order from edible arrangements.
