Associate misrepresented the monthly cost of a plan, when we discovered it (after 2 days in new contract) and returned to this store, she again miscalculated and misquoted the monthly price. It cost a great deal of time and eventually pushed us (14 years with CSpire/Cellular South) away to another wirelesss company due to the fraudulenmt business practices and failure by management to even speak to us in the store or personally address the issue.
Be very wary of the associates calculating your monthly bill and giving you a quote. It seems like they tell you what you want to hear and then if you arent lucky enough to discover before the bill comes in you will be locked in a contract that was misrepresented and misquoted.
Shady business practices at this location! Be aware.
