i am not happy!

what is the point in having a phone number if they wont answer or return calls? i mean really! i understand that other people are wanting to call to but i have called and left numerous messages and have not received a call back! i would have been content with a sorry sir please hold we are kinda busy with other customers or something of that nature but all i get is a ringing noise in my ear! the way they could improve is to actually answer the phone and take care of their customers and or future students!
