I have been followed by the VA medica lol system for over 20 years and needed to secure a civilian medical practioner. I found an advertisement on the internet for the Providence Medical Group and decided to take a risk and try them out..
I could not be happier! I was seen within 36 hours of my request. Dr. Faulkenberry took great care to listen to my extensive medical history and made a treatment plan that was on point! She spent a great deal of time listening to my concerns and treated me as a person, not a chart number!
To round out and complete my initial appointment I was given appropriate medical tests -- on site and in a timely manner. The wait time for the appointment and laboratory was phenomenally short!
Since that time, their online patient portal has been a treat! I have all of my medical tests readily available to access, super fast messaging with my care providers a new e treatment team, and ease of follow-up appointment scheduling!
What a gold mine this medical group is!

Dr Jackson and Staff take time to listen to you. Great visit and I was really sick. I will not go anywhere else now. Sharon Stork
