Typical Italian food. We ate at Zax’s several times during our vacation as they are normally open until 11:00 p.m. in a town where most restaurants close at 10:00 p.m. Food was good but most of the staff has much to be desired. Most left their personality at the door and treat you as if you are bothering them, but they sure are hungry for your money. The kind of staff that makes you think, if they don’t like dealing with the public why don’t they find a job where they have no interaction with people. Don’t sit outside during the summer if the water mist system is in operation as you will receive a shower while eating like it or not. Had several items but recommend the pizza and extra crispy wings, pizza buffet seems way over priced go for a personal pan or large pizza made to order.
