- The Community Recycle Center recycles cardboard, newspaper, office paper, aluminum, tin, plastics #1-7 and glass. Product drop off is free. Please recycle and help us take care of our beautiful world. The center is operated by the Solid Waste District which also operates the Moab Landfill which is open 8am to 5pm Monday through Saturdays. The Moab Landfill is for construction, demolition and yard debris.Â
