Great service! Always courteous and helpful!

Well, ran by this local tire place on our vacation, had some jumping in our right front, guy noticed our tire separating! Jeff bought tires from discount tire, they sold us discontinued tires! Also the codes on them show they were manufacturer in 2014! Bought 2016, a lil over 1000 miles on them, Jeff doesn't drive truck daily!!! The tire shop guy here (Mgr Jeff) is AWESOME, GIVING US two used tires so we go home safely, this could have been extremely dangerous, blow out while pulling trailer! This place has AMAZING customer service! Discount Tire Lacey, WA will be getting a visit next week.

Our rental car had a plugged tire and was ready to blow. They handled everything from calling the rental company to replacing the tire in about an hour at no cost. I was in a panic but everyone was courtesy, professional and attentive. They put us at ease to continue driving long distances and up steep mountains.

We were on vacation in Moab, driving in one of the 4X4 trails when we noticed a huge gash on one of the tires of our truck. We didn't want to drive all the way home with the spare since we were towing five ATVs. My husband called all around town with no luck, no one had the same tire and the prices were a lot more than we would pay in Salt Lake City, until he called Chip's. He found us a used tire in excellent condition and installed it for us in under a hour and only charged us $65. We were very happy to find good, honest people who are there to help and not take advantage of tourists.

do not buy here. chip was yelling and cursing at me and was taking papers out of my hand ant threw them at me, because he told my wife not to show me the print out from an alignment, she was suspicious so she showed me. after $236.00 and having to return the next day for it to be "finished." i still had one tire out of tolerance and he repeated to me " its good enough" this man is not a professional of any kind
