I am speechless! This Moab trip would not be the same without you guys. I felt like a King riding on top of that tow truck. There is a level of euphoria that is only experienced while riding a tow truck. The driver was super friendly and a really approachable guy. Wow this literally made my day! The driver even gave us a lower quote. We called multiple towing companies and only you guys rose above the level of quality and performance demanded in this our digital age. I feel like I could trust you guys with my new born child and even my iPhone 5th generation blue 32 gig with a competitive data plan. Not to mention your dog, Mitsy. What a beut. I feel like you guys are family. Literally if you guys ever make it to my home town you can stay at my house. I cannot say enough good things about your service. Quick, reliable, and with just the right amount of homely touch. I am about to cry right now. I hope you still keep all your reviews stained with tears of gladness; I’m sure you have a cabinet full of them. Next time I’m in Moab I am calling a tow whether I need one or not. And you know who I’m calling! ARCHES TOWING COMPANY! Hurray! If I ever married a building or company it would be Arches! This is the best day of my life. Oh my gosh. You guys turn dreams into realities every day you come to work. I am a life time fan and my dreams have now come true! Isn’t it funny that your dreams that you didn’t even know you had can come true. I could die in peace with the world and still be crazy happy! My house could be burning down and would still be elated. It’s not every day you meet a hero or an angel for that matter and I just met both today and both at Arches Towing Company. If you were to peak into the deepest levels of my heart you would only see three things: 1. My iPhone, 2. My religion, and 3. Arches Towing Company. Holding church in your facility using my iPhone would probably kill me from unadulterated delight. Have you guys considered manufacturing iPhones? That is my only recommendation if you guys are looking to expand. Thank you Arches Towing Company. You have given me the gift of life and so much more! Nothing could have prepared me for this! I was passing through Moab and had an issue with my Nissan Xterra not starting. The man at Arches was very thorough, and informative, and checked everything. He couldn't fix my problem, but made solid recommendations. Very personable and not intimidating as some mechanics can be. Glad they were still open at 4pm on a Saturday.

I was at the Moab airport and hoped to rent a car for sightseeing. It is over 20 miles from Moab, so I was disappointed that the car rental place at the airport was closed and nobody answered the phone.

The other folks there told me to call Arches Car Rentals, that the owner was very nice. It was after hours and I was afraid of being stranded out there all alone. He was very understanding and actually drove 20 miles to pick me up.

I'd like to thank him for GREAT customer service.

Whew! My brothers car wouldn't start at Maverick. It was too hot to walk so we looked on the internet and found Arches Reapir Center. Pat came and picked us up! What a nice, classy guy. Turned out it was just a dead battery, but we were lucky to get a ride since we don't know a soul in Moab.

While we were waiting, he was calling around for a motel for some stranded tourists who were broken down. Now that's a good business. It was very clean and professional. Even though it was hot, the attitude was great.

Love this shop. As a local, I use it all the time.They have good prices and are very honest and get your car done fast. Actually, my whole family goes to Arches. I don't know of any other independent rapair shop that is clean, honest and highly trained. GO HERE!
