horrible customer service! impossible to get ahold of & does work without further approval and with holds vehicles until paid for!

satisfaction is not their #1 goal

they did work unauthorized when addressed about it given the run around we never received phone calls from them always had to call them and say hows my car whats going on when is it going to be done they have had our car for three wks and now are refusing to give it back because they did unauthorized work and we will not pay for things that did need replacement their comment to us was have your dad pay for it!!! < completely unprofessional!
