I would like to apologize that this situation has caused you so much frustration. I understand that you must be very upset from hearing your husband's side of the story. I, however, spoke to the therapist in question and heard her side of the story as well. I think it would be best if you would be open to talk about these difference in their stories in person.

However, I can ensure you that Massage Elite only offers a professional massage therapy to our clients, and we do not offer any extra kind of services that you implied.
