I leased two different properties from this company. Both homes were sold in foreclosure. I was told that once I completed the current lease my deposit would be returned. Since then I have left several messages and sent emails, with no response. I finally spoke with Michael Silberstein December 2012, who told me to go ahead and sue him because he did not have the money. Or I could once again transfer the deposit to another property he still owns.



Stay Far Away From this Company! . He is irresponsible with his own money and assets, so you can imagine what he will do with yours.
