I made an appointment 2 months in advance. I was never told that they don't guarantee cleanings and x-rays on the same day. My appointment was for 10 am. By noon, only x-rays had been done. I was then told that they don't guarantee cleanings and x-rays will be done at the same appointment. I had to schedule a cleaning for another time because I would have to wait 45 more minutes before being seen for a routine cleaning. Poor, poor service. Poor communication and a total lack of care for the client's time.

Absolutely AMAZING and caring staff, they are very thorough in explaining procedures and answering any questions you may have. Dr. Gomez was great and very patient with me as i was very nervous! As well as the manager MIRIAM, which did a great job explaining everything which made me feel i was in good hands! Definitely COMING BACK & REFERRING ALL MY FRIENDS! :)
