I am not one to complain or to even just write a review I'm actually easy to get along with and very understandable when it comes to errors, but this I refuse to just slide customer service is at its lowest, sanitary wise lets just say if it wasn't that asked her to use different tools on me she would have used the same ones she used with the customer before me. And ladies I know we take pride in our eyebrows literally left crying from that place she completely took half of my eyebrows and when they "tried to fix it" they just left me with a line!!! NEVER AGAIN HORRIBLE and last they still charged me for the brow. Disappointed horrible!!!!
