You have a wonderful service rep named Andrea. I called because I couldn't find my users manual for a stove I bought from you over a year ago and I didn't know the model number or the make so I could get it repaired. Andrea saved the day! She gave me the model number and the make over the phone. She emailed me the users manual and told me my stove was still under warranty so she put me in touch with the service dept so I could make an appointment to get it fixed. Usually, this kind of service would take multiple phone calls assuming I could get any answers at all. "Yeah Andrea! " and " Yeah Fred's Appliance" for having such great people.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Everything was fine - until the salesman got my money and his commission. After he repeatedly ordered the wrong appliance, he could not even be bothered to return my calls (thanks, Kelly!).
Once I finally received the unit, it worked for a short time and failed. Naturally, the service department (in Spokane) also sent the wrong parts (they guessed) and did not return my calls. Their service repair guy also works only the same time as everyone else (M-F 9-5) so I could not be home to have repairs made.
Finally, the manufacturer mailed me the correct part directly and I repaired the unit myself.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. You have been warned.

Mike helped me. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable and honest. I will be getting all of my appliances there. It was great to have someone spend so much time with me, answer all of my specific questions about everything..

This place is (by far) the worst place you can do business with, they are never there when they say they are going to be, unprofessional, just awful service. Be aware.
