Bought an aquamarine/diamond ring less than a year ago for $990. The aqua marine is so cloudy now it is embarrassing to wear and TWO diamonds have fallen out! I have never had a stone fall out of any of my jewelry, and although they replaced the first one for free (I paid postage), now I ask for a refund for an obviously defective piece of jewelry and the "100% satisfaction guarantee" is not valid. Guarantee is a couple of months. Do not buy from this jeweler unless you want a cheap piece of jewelry. They do not stand behind their products-total rip off.
