AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Let me start out out by saying I initially had a decent experience with Marco the assistant manager and one of the younger techs. They did an exhaust install for a fair price… Now when I dealt with the GM and wanted to get the exact same thing done again, he wants to claim it’s going to take an hour and a half, and wants to charge me a minimum of $150, even though it’s literally one of the most simple jobs anyone could do on a car. SLIMEY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Only reason I’m not doing it myself is because I don’t have a place to do so at my apartment complex.. avoid this place as they have completely incompetent head management. Go anywhere else.

Brought my car in to get my pads and rotors fixed, and they did an amazing job. Squeaking is all gone and along with that they let me know of other problems in my car that i should be aware of for next time I come in. I am looking forward to coming back here

I had taken a 3 cars there, the first one was okay, had brakes and mufflers put on and an alignme about 6 years ago, recently, the second car had the brakes and alignment, the car didn’t drive straight after and when i took it back they wanted to charge me more after he just put air in the tires, still won’t drive straight, I had another sop fix it, works perfect now. I then needed to get a cat installed on the third car and the guy (owner) asked me what I expect to pay? And I said isn’t it your job to give me an estimate? He then quoted me and inflated price while being totally rude about the whole situation because I brought in a better cat then the one he wanted to sell me.

I referred tons of people from my company to him (330 people) to them; I will make sure to post a memo to my employees not to go here. We have since found someone reasonable, that does good work and is nice to deal with. Look around before you spend your money, especially if you are not knowledgeable about auto repair.

I had a great experience with Midas Mission Viejo. I will definitely be back for my future needs.

Best auto repair shop. I have been coming to Midas for many years. They moved to a new state of the art location, the new address is 25902 El Paseo, Mission Viejo Ca 92691, phone number 949-582-5483. Plenty of parkings, neat, clean and very professional people. I won't go to any other shop.
